Tattoos have become very popular over the last ten years and so has the demand to remove them. We are not anti-tattoo in the least bit, but we know that as life changes, so do our ways of expressing ourselves. While what may have been cool to do spring break of Freshman year, now as a 40 year old mother, you may be re-considering. Or, maybe the name of that “ex” you inked on can’t be covered up and you’re looking to move on with your life. We get it and that’s why we do what we do.
To understand how removal works, it helps to understand how a tattoo is applied. Tattoos are created by injecting colored pigment into small deep holes in the skin. These designs are relatively permanent.
Have a tattoo that needs to be removed? Bare Body Shop has the latest technology to help.
Q-switched laser directs pulses of light onto the tattoo and breaks up the tattoo pigment, which is then removed by the body’s natural filtering system. It’s a pretty simple process really. The number of treatments needed for removal will vary from client to client. There are several factors that can and will determine that; quality of original tattoo ink, colors used, depth of original tattoo, etc…
Here are some before and afters we have done.
