As we age, we lose volume in our face as a result of collagen breaking down. The result is loose skin, wrinkles and fine lines. Dermal fillers are able to restore lost volume to many areas of the face; lips, tear troughs, nasolabial folds and cheeks. Over the past few years, advancements and refinements in dermal filler technologies have allowed for them to become more specialized and target very specific areas. Juvederm®: Dermal filler used to correct volume loss to the lips, cheeks, nasolabial folds, marionette lines, and tear troughs. Has been indicated to last 6 months to 1 year. Voluma®: Dermal filler designed to recreate volume loss to the cheeks and at the same time it lifts sagging skin around the nasolabial folds and jowels. Has been indicated to last up to 2 years. Vollure™: Newest dermal filler with a higher cross linked technology built for the nasolabial folds and marionette lines. It has been indicated to last up to 18 months. Volbella®: Filler indicated for perioral wrinkling in the lips, It gives only a small amount of volume while smoothing out lip wrinkles. Has been indicated to last up to 1 year.

As with Botox®, you want to make sure you find a provider with experience and with whom you are comfortable. Injecting filler is an art. We are confident you will love our injection specialists, the care they take and the knowledge and experience they bring to their skill. Recently, two of our clinicians were able to attend an "invite only" filler training and as a result, brought the knowledge they learned back home to BBS and share with and train our other clinicians.
